Using a large, ovenproof skillet, sauté garlic, butter in oil until tender.
Next, stir in your shrimp, lemon juice, pepper and oregano.
Cook for about 2 - 3 minutes until the shrimp turns pink.
Once the shrimp is ready, sprinkle with some parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs and a little parsley.
Place in the oven and cook for another 2-3 minutes until topping is golden brown.
Serve over your choice of pasta and enjoy.
