Ways to protect your Memo Health Assistant account
If your mobile device was lost or stolen, or you're worried about the security of your account, there are a few things you can do:
Change your password
You can change your password on the settings section of the app. Be sure to use a strong password that you don't use for any other service.
Change the places you receive OTPs
Two-step verification is a highly effective way to protect your account from unauthorized access. When you sign in to Memo Health Assistant, you'll be required to enter the code sent to your phone or email address. If you need to change the mobile number/email address where you recieve OTP's you can do that from within the settings of the app or by calling our support team.
If you call our support team we can remotely log out of the app or reset your password. We are always willing and ready to help.
